TUTORIAL on how to put it in the game:
1: Download cpkredir http://www32.zippyshare.com/v/56917710/file.html
2: Run the cpkredirinst
3: Put cpkredir.dll and cpkredir.ini in your root sonic generations folder
4: Place the folders that are in the download for wave ocean into your "Disk" folder
5: Start the game!
